Martinizing International, LLC is the owner of the Martinizing® franchise system and associated trademarks, including Martinizing Cleaners (collectively, the "Martinizing System" and the "Marks"). Martinizing International, LLC, together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, and service providers (collectively, "Clean Brands," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information obtained in connection with the use of our websites and services.

Independently owned and operated franchisees within the Martinizing System (each, a "Franchisee" and collectively, the "Franchisees") may separately collect, use, and maintain personal information in connection with their local operations. Franchisees are independent businesses and are responsible for their own compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the types of information we collect, how such information is used, maintained, and disclosed, and the choices available to individuals with respect to such information, in connection with your access to or use of any website owned, operated, or controlled by Clean Brands, or otherwise interacting with the Martinizing System (collectively, the "Site").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT. We may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household ("Personal Information").

A. Information Provided by You. We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide, including, without limitation:

· Information submitted through contact forms, quote requests, or franchise inquiries;

· Communications, feedback, or other content you provide to us.

· Franchisees within the Martinizing System;

· Marketing partners and analytics providers;

3. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION AND USE. We may use Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, including, without limitation:

· To respond to inquiries and provide requested information, products, or services;

· To route or refer inquiries to appropriate Franchisees;

· To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and related services;

· To communicate with you regarding administrative matters, including confirmations, updates, and service-related notices;

· To provide marketing communications, where permitted by applicable law;

· To conduct internal research, analytics, and business development activities;

· To detect, prevent, or investigate fraudulent or unlawful activity;

· To enforce our rights and obligations under applicable agreements.

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Clean Brands does not sell Personal Information. We may disclose Personal Information in the following circumstances:

A. Franchisees. We may disclose Personal Information to Franchisees within the Martinizing System in order to respond to your inquiry, provide services, or facilitate business operations. Franchisees are independently owned and operated businesses and are solely responsible for their own data handling practices and compliance with applicable law.

B. Service Providers. We may disclose Personal Information to third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including hosting, data storage, payment processing, marketing, analytics, and customer support. Such service providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

C. Business Transfers. Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of all or a portion of Clean Brands's assets, including as part of a bankruptcy or similar proceeding.

D. Legal and Regulatory Compliance. We may disclose Personal Information where required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to:

· Comply with legal obligations or governmental requests;

· Enforce our rights or agreements;

· Protect the rights, property, or safety of Clean Brands, Franchisees, users, or others.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES. The Site utilizes cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze usage, and support operational and marketing functions. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that allow us to recognize your browser and capture certain information. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may limit the functionality of the Site.

6. DATA SECURITY. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. DATA RETENTION. We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of such information, and to opt out of certain communications. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to request disclosure of categories of Personal Information collected and the right to request deletion of such information, subject to certain exceptions. 9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY. The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from such individuals. If we become aware that Personal Information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES. The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Clean Brands. Clean Brands is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites, and you access them at your own risk.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions in which Clean Brands or its service providers operate. By using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers, which may involve jurisdictions with different data protection laws than those of your residence.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY. Clean Brands reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. MOBILE INFORMATION. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; such information will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide the requested services.
