This was my first time using this dry cleaners in Oconomowoc and when I dropped off the Manager was great and gave me a coupon to use. My order was ready the next day and when I went to pick up and the same Manager was on duty. She didn’t even need my name. She grabbed my husbands Navy uniform off the rack and brought it out front. I was super impressed!! She was nice and asked me how my day was. I work in customer service managing so I appreciate this kind of service!!! I wish I got her name as she deserves a raise!
