Kong brings more than 30 years of leadership experience from Mystic Lake Casino, where he currently serves as a Table Games and Casino Manager. In his role, he oversees regulatory compliance, financial operations, and personnel management. Dao brings extensive experience from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where she works as a Quality and Risk Adjustment Provider Consultant with a focus on quality assurance and risk management. Together, their professional backgrounds provide a strong foundation in operations, accountability, and customer service.

After years of balancing demanding professional schedules, the couple sought an opportunity that would allow them to maintain a better work-life balance while continuing their dedication to service as a family. Joining the Martinizing Cleaners network provided the perfect solution.

Outside of work, Dao and Kong enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as traveling. They regularly volunteer at local cultural events and participate in service opportunities such as Feed My Starving Children alongside family and friends.
